Refund Policy

Packages (Keepsake / Full Legacy)

Each legacy film is a custom service created just for your family. Because of this, packages are non-refundable once an interview has been filmed.

• If you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled interview, your deposit will be fully refunded.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled interview, the deposit is non-refundable, but you may request to reschedule once at no charge if notified at least 72 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the interview (or no-shows) forfeit the deposit.

Family Vault subscription

You can cancel anytime. If you are ever billed before your film is delivered, let us know — we'll refund that charge immediately and make sure billing starts only once your film is ready.
