What if my loved one is shy or nervous on camera?
This is one of the most common concerns families have. Our interviewers are warm, patient and experienced at helping people feel comfortable and share stories naturally. Most people forget the camera is even there after the first few minutes.
Why can't I just record this myself?
You can — but most families never do. What most families discover, however, is that the hardest part isn't pressing record, it's knowing what to ask, how to guide the conversation and how to help someone feel comfortable enough to share stories they may never have told before. Our role is to gently draw out those memories and transform them into a keepsake your family will treasure for generations.
What does 'filmed from home' actually mean?
Everything happens online via a high-quality video call. No studio, no travel, no setup required. Your loved one simply sits in a comfortable spot at home — a favourite chair, the living room — and we handle the rest. All you need is a decent internet connection and a phone, tablet, or laptop.
What if I'm not ready to commit yet?

How long does the whole process take?
Most conversations last between 60–120 minutes. After filming, we carefully craft your loved one's stories, memories and photos into a finished keepsake film, delivered within 3–5 weeks on a USB drive inside your Heritage Box.
